What's on the docket for today?

I did not have an entry today from my old diary. I must have been skiing or in the midst of another teenage girl drama. So.... *crickets chirping*, what do I write about today?


Who here loves a good "get to know ya?" 🙋🏻‍♀️


K. So, I will start.....


  1. I love my family. ( I know right?.....wow!). But I may be a little too "attached" to them. I'm working on it.

  2. I love to travel the world. Well, "world" as in, to places that have hot temperatures and beaches and whatever spirits they imbibe 🍸🍻🍷🍹

  3. My husband liked my ass. That is how we came to be together. 🍑

  4. I was a gold medal B.C. Summer Games champ in archery 🏹. I was cool before Katniss man...........

  5. I am a nurse, but I don't love being a nurse.

I'm not sure how to have a group chat on here yet. I think just using the comment section and replying is the only way so far that I know of..... I am so not a computer person. Am amazed that I got this far 😜. But I would love to hear something about you that you don't think I know!


I bought an Ayurveda Beginner's Guide and am interested in the concept but really?... I am not going to give up meat. I guess I can still follow the recipes and add whatever meat I want into them. I have really low iron levels and am on supplements 🩸 so I need all of the iron! I figured out why I have such dark circles around my eyes and it seems to be because of the low iron levels. I read an article from somewhere that said by the time women find out that they are extremely low in iron it is almost too far in the game to build the levels back up! Mostly because of our lovely 🩸🩸 periods that we have been blessed with. (and yes for all of you spiritual peeps, I know we are blessed) but they fucking suck. Let's be real. Anyways, I'm on a supplement for at least 5 more months and we shall see what my levels are then. But from what I've heard it takes a long time to get them back to normal. Could be a reason that you may be feeling so lethargic and tired all of the time.... check out your iron levels ladies!! (and gents)


Does anyone else follow an ayurvedic lifestyle? Got any tips? Apparently my dosha is Vata.


Okay.... I'm going to finish my pot of coffee, check out @halfbakedharvest and see what I can copycat for supper tonight, go get groceries (fuckity fuck fuck fuck), get on the treadmill and make supper!! I hope you all have a lovely day and thanks for reading! (if you've got this far...)
