Our vacation was fun! We went to the beach and got hermit crabs, snails, starfish and a sea urchin. Me and Celine slept together in one bed. And Mom and Dad slept downstairs. We went on the ferry it was o.k. And the boat was excellent! We hit some big waves. 🌊 (3feet) like that. We went to a place called Carlaquize. And we went to Alert Bay twice. You have to travel on the boat to get to these places. I spend my money on a pair of jeans. I got two chocolate bunny's (big), One small, a chocolate Easter egg with chocolates in it, a pair of rose earrings and pairs of red earrings. Me and Celine went to there little mall 3 times. We had to walk a long way. We went digging for clams and we found hundreds of them. We had homemade clam chowder and they had crab. It was a long drive. We seen Hell's gate. Celine bought a shirt for herself. And some Easter stuff for me. We had the best time in my life!

We got back from Jasper yesterday afternoon. It was a nice little getaway even though we couldn't eat inside any of the restuarants 🤷🏻♀️. We made the best of it though. We sat on Earl's patio under the umbrella's while the snow came down. It was really kind of cool. A part of the adventure!! We drank wine and beer with mitt's and toque's on and then went back to the hotel and had a little party of our own 🍕💃🏻🕺🏻 🍺🍷.
Ken and I went on a small hike near Pyramid Lake. It was the perfect weather. The snow was falling but it was warm enough out that I didn't feel cold at all. And if you know anything about me you know that I HATE BEING COLD. No 🐻's. No 🐈 (cougar)'s. Just me and my main man. We even had a little energy at the end to run a little. Of course, we were just running to the beer, but it counts.
Ken was such a gentleman. He drove my hungover ass all the way home. And he even got me ravioli and salt and vinegar chips, when we got home. That. Is. True. Love. What are your favorite foods when you are hurting the next day? Sometimes, I like chocolate milk too.
Well, hopefully this "restaurant shutdown/lockdown" whatever it is called is done soooooooooooooooooooon. I cannot even imagine the stress that restaurant owners are going through. Having to open and shut down, how many times in a year? Like, how do you even stay open? And all of the other businesses that this affecting too, I just have no clue. Props to all of them 🙌🏻. I love to dine out. It is one of my favorite things to do on this earth. So I will try my best to support them all by parking my ass on their patio's when I can!!
Hope you like my diary entry from 1985! Apparently, it was the best time in my life!!!! Ahhhh.... to have such innocent, rose colored glasses on again. Didn't take much to make my life the best ever!! I am re-learning how to see life like that again. Funny, how life stuff just clouds that view, and you don't even realize it is happening? Cheers 🍻 to seeing how beautiful life is RIGHT now, like my 12 year self did back then.
